Seems like a waste of the match putting Omega & Ibushi in the same block

Could have had them meet in the finals, could have just had Ibushi win it all, or could have had Omega win & pick him to set up the match. Nope, just another stop in the G1

Eh, it's not like they haven't faced each other before. I think having a set up match while they are team is a nice way to build to the Dome match they so badly want

This is probably my favourite Vader match in Japan (or else the Dome match between to two), I usually post this match to show how much of a lunatic Misawa was but it's quintessential Vader too.

I have a soft spot for the Dome match at the Baba Memorial show because it truly encapsulates what made the two of them so fukking awesome. Misawa as the stoic Ace that has a comeback for everything and Vader as the unstoppable monster that will go to lengths no other big guy will go to inflict punishment
