The downfall of Ibushi has been sad to watch.

Super J-Cast: “SANADA going from defending champion in the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 18 to not even making the card for Wrestle Kingdom 19 must be one of the biggest falls is company history. Has that ever happened before for a guy still with the company?“

@Kidd Dibiase The only name I could came up with was Tadao Yasuda so I had to go check, but even Yasuda got to work the Jan 4th show the year after he won the belt :mjlol: (and he wasn't the champ the previous Jan 4th, he won it in between both shows).

In hindsight.... maybe Sanada and Evil should have stayed in L.I.J. and became heavyweight champions in that stable like Shingo did. Instead they both left and had their own stables... one was forgettable (Just 5 Guys) and the other everyone wants to forget (House of Torture). Sanada specifically was cooler with the "Cold Skull" persona and look that he had :mjcry:now he has to be a goon for David Finley... damn you Gedo.
