Nah. This ain't back in the day. Now a days # 1 overall qbs play day 1, 1st round picks in general are expected to be starters and good players. This dude is ass. Bust
I usually give a QB a mulligan in year one. Goff isn't a 1st overall pick though. 
@ the Rams giving up what they did. Cleveland was smart to make that trade. Getting Goff would not have given them more wins this year. They would have been trash anywyas.

Gofful should've never went 1st. Shoulda gotta a WR or even reached for Hunter Henry at 15. Than get Kaep or RG3 and draft Dak,Cardale or Jacoby in the 3rd.
Nah. 1st overall picks should play from day 1. But you can grab a QB in the back end of the 1st half and not expect that kid to start on opening day. Let him sit for a bit.
