This drive is why I love football.

No cute, finesse type stuff. Just smash mouth, shoving it down your throat.

As a basketball head, it makes me sad though, because the tough, smash mouth play doesn't exist anymore, at least in the NBA it doesnt. Memphis Grizzlies were the last to really play that way

Just wanna remind people that nerd sites like PFF criticized the Lions for paying Monty and taking Gibbs in the 1st round right after instead of acknowledging they added 2 awesome players that compliment each other well

He lead the ncaa in yards after contact. I think he held the record but I could be wrong.

I don’t know why people don’t see the value in that.

And another thing. PFF ranked Montgomery as 12 and Gibbs at 19th but they’ll never admit how wrong they were about both players.
