Pau or Bynum is the problem, really. Nothing to do with personalities or differences. In Mike Brown's offense, the spacing is horrible. Pau and Bynum belong in the high post and low post respectively. Kobe, at this stage of his career, operates in both those places. The three of them starting just muddies the floor and the other two players don't know what to do other than take an ill-advised 3.

I was including last year in the discussion as well. You don't remember the times when Jason Terry was switched over to him and Kobe started feeling himself and finger wagging....only to lose the game? Some people watch the games and think that teams are doing whatever they can to stop Kobe, but in reality, a lot of teams are green lighting Kobe so he doesn't expose the size advantage that they have over other teams.
