Edit: now watched interview. His interview got taken out of context. He's talking about bouncing a lyric/idea from someone in the studio.
The difference is Drake had Quentin giving him reference tracks with flows and lyrics already laid down.

I refused to believe there is another guy out there who loves to rap about watches like Meek, most likely hooks like people said in here
trying to make make Meek look like a bytch in the beef is irrelevant because that was already established one year ago. It does not however take away anything from the fact that Dre flew in another nikka and used his bars.
I'm fine with hooks, or even the structure of a song and shyt because that's what producers generally provide. But bars is weak for a dude that obviously has serious bars. Luckily it was just nonsense bars.
