None of this stuff matters if you have sound policy ideas. Working class, and poor people are looking for policy that actually benefits them and neither party has really stepped up to the plate in a significant way. Joe Biden did a little bit but his delusional bi-partisanship allowed the much bolder parts of his plans to get watered down or excluded all together. People are starting to see how important having a functioning government is and how rich people use it to benefit themselves in real time. You need a candidate who can message that and also have the policy prescriptions to make it work for the working class and poor.
As far as who she's talking about I really can't tell. You would think it was Andy Besheare or Josh Shapiro but I feel like they would be out there more even at this early stage. Gavin Newsome might be it given the fact he's doing all the right wing pivots that Dems have been trying to capitalize on like trashing trans folks and embracing some of the right wing brosphere. If I had to guess though I might say Sen. Chris Murphy.
