Bus bench lawyers with a shyt record. Nothing but tabloid and ambulance chasers. To have a significant chance in court they're going to have to get legitimate legal representation, because mr derulo is going to have it, one way or another. This isn't a case where these guys need to mortgage their house and take out loans, borrow money and get fundraisers for legal support. It's also not one where a bus bench, tabloid chasing, if you win I get a percentage if you lose its free lawyer will work.
I've already explained derulos current situation to the best of my knowledge, it's not like he's hosting a show on ABC and the network has to suspend him or issue an apology, to the best of my knowledge he doesn't have any songs in current radio play that networks are going to pause or cease playing due to recent events or pending investigations. He's not going to get suspended by tiktok or YouTube....
This isn't a slam dunk for these guys, they didn't hit the jackpot. By the time this is all said and done Derulo can drag them through litigation and they can be out for more than they were in for, that's what I mean when I say they might have bit off more than they can chew.
They can get a symbolic victory and still pay more in lawyer fees/court cost than this thing is worth. They wont bankrupt Derulo, they won't get any royalties from his current deals/earnings and won't earn any from future. Derulo is going to go back to into his lane. And these guys will have a fun story to tell at parties.....no movie deal, no book deals, no morning show circuit....they might be more embarrassed by acting a fool than being a victim to even pursue. But we will see.
