I think the nets won also. kidd wasn't setting the coaching world on fire, and to receive compensation for his departure is just icing on the cake.
I am floored that Kidd has not only been given 1, but 2 coaching jobs.....nothing but love for a brother from the Bay getting that money...but still don't see this ever working out.

Kidd looks like the bad guy here but what about when coaches are just fired out of the blue. We have no remorse for them because they are still getting paid. So why should we feel sorry for the Nets for getting played by Kidd. He just turned the tables on them and did what teams have been doing to players and coaches for decades.
