The whole "he was trying not to snitch" is bullshyt. If wasn't trying to snitch, he wouldn't try to leave a trail of breadcrumbs implicating Kelsea.
There is a reason why hearsay is either inadmissible or carries less wait. Why the value of witness testimony diminishes the longer it takes to get it on record. Most people are willing to lie under oath because it amounts to perjury. Time gives more opportunity for evidence tampering e.g. bribing someone to make certain statements.
