You see, he didn't put down any individual player for their basketball skills. A team has to be on the same wavelength. Every player. You have to have chemistry. Then, you are all working for the same goal, to win.
If you have players who are not on the same wavelength, then you aren't going to win games. This applies to any team sport. You want to win intramural basketball? The team that has tons of skills usually wins. But the teams that don't have as much skill but have a plan in place with all team members on board can be formidable. You shut down the ball hog and he's going to pout and get all angry at his team mates and start blaming everyone but himself.

This is why Cleveland needs to get their team chemistry going. Leaving Kevin Love out of group pictures... that was wrong.
