He has a point. He isn't excusing racism, he's just stating the dangers of being the minority while trying to get physical with the majority.
Plenty of coutries hate white Americans tho...
If Russia would call out human rights violations against blacks or china call out human rights violations against blacks they would get the US off their backs by showing blacks love. US calls out others and still violate human rights of blacks.

Just one thing. Do you know when the non violent protesters such as MLK and the rest spoke to the president they said you can deal with us or deal with those black radicals who are rioting in the streets.
The government simply picked the lesser of two evils. Also in Lyndon Johnson conversations with politicians in the south he said look we need to pass this civil rights bill because we don't want to see riots in the south like in the North and West.
So actually the non violent and violent protests were needed in the end.
Please don't believe what Whitlock says.....he doesn't know anything.

In saying that you must and I mean must listen carefully and follow what Whitlock always says. That does not mean to believe what he says.
The reason why I say this is because he is known to lie and be a hypocrite.
Two quick examples.
Years a go Whitlock said that the reason black writers and reporters like him were even hired was because of blacks rioting. He mentioned that when riots would happen whites did not want to go in those neighborhoods and report because it was dangerous so what did the networks do? Hire blacks to do the reporting. Whitlock said basically that the riots was a needed evil because black folks got jobs.
Now fast forward to today he is saying that riots are not needed and black should know their place.
Second during the NBA all star game in Vegas. Whitlock wrote a piece on how he loved the all star game and hung out with black folks at bars and strip clubs....just having a great time.
Two to three days later he removes the article and writers an article about the all star game in Vegas and how he felt he was in danger. How all the black men there were thugs and the black women there were baby mommas, welfare queens and on section 8. How white folks could not walk the street and were being harassed and pushed around by black thugs. He finally stated that stern needed to move the NBA all star game to Europe to keep it away from the black criminals.
Whitlock is truly an opportunist.

Whitlock also fails to realize many of the social programs that were created in the 60s were created because of what??? Civil unrest in the north.....where there was a lot of rioting.
After the riots from MLK death the government was trying to pass bills left and right. Folks need to start talking to their elders. They will tell you how those riots shook America up.
