I think early on in someone's career, they are expected to grow, expand their game. When they don't become what people think they can be, it gets frustrating. He's in a position now, where everybody knows what his game is.. the Warriors are able to utilize his strengths. He can play his game without having to do much more.

Wizards fan here but JaVale was drafted in a bad situation, Coming out of college he was very raw and full of potential. Wizards drafted him with the worst locker room in history Nick Young, Andre Blatche, Gil 2 Guns Arenas and JaVale himself is not one of the sharpest tools in the drawer he was destined to fail. Had he had stable vets good leaders the guy may have been one of the better centers in the league. Now he's pretty much what he is a solid player on a great team.

McGee was hustling like no other! Looking like prime Dwight Howard running to the rim on offense & playing great defense. You could literally see McGee's impact without even knowing the stats.
