only nikka that has a stronger arm is VickFlacco has a stronger arm than both. To me, Vick, Cutler and Flacco are in their own category.
Flacco can throw 70+ yards no problem. His throwing speed was timed at the combine around 60mph I believe and his arm's gotta be stronger now than in '08. There's no way of truly telling who has the strongest arm in the NFL unless you line up every QB and tell them to throw and measure distance and velocity. Flacco's gotta be, at the very least, top 5 in the league in arm strength.
dude is so effortless with it. I think Vick is probably the most effortless thrower in the league. Love watching him throw.
