Hov is a top 5-10 rapper of all time why do y'all say this like it's an insult? :mjlol: y'all woulda been calling him fraudulent if Elect smoked him on everything

if anything Jay Elect motivated him to really rap with enthusiasm, occult Hov is fire :whew: we never getting that again, I don't see how you walk away from that thinking negatively about either one
Cause it's his album more than it is Hov's. Hov was supposed to be like the feature and Hov also isn't on that God body shyt the way Jay Elect is. Jay Elect reps Noi heavy and is more likely to say peace god. Thats like me making a movie and supposed to be the star and the Guest star did way better than me lol.

But Hov is the feature on this album. Jay Electronica is on every track and made all of the beats, except for the Alchemist one. HOV doesnt even appear on Fruits of the Spirit and only provided the hook (no verses) on Ezekiel's Wheel and A.P.I.D.T.A. So, there's no Hov verse on the last 3 tracks of the album.

It's a fable that this is more of a Hov album than an Elect album. And Hov definitely didn't "do way better" than Elect.

Even that considering he washed him on literally every feature verse he was on. Jay may not have been on the album more, but the fact he was featured so heavily sours this as a debut imo. It wasn't a Hov album in the sense he was on it more, Jay Elect was on it slightly more which wasn't my point but Jay was spitting that god body shyt so hard he took the album on some give me this shyt nikka lol. It's also almost like he forced this nikka to finish the album by offering to doing the album with him and in the process he washed him.

Overall this was not the debut any Jay Elect fans truly wanted. He is talented as an emcee, let's not play but he is too lazy.
