That's not correct.
How is it not a problem for black people or non white people that experience racism if they are getting shot cause of their colour, discriminated against in regards to employment and economics, police brutality and a vast array of other issues?.
That is of course a problem for non white people. I think what you're trying to say is that the responsibility to fix it should be with the white power structure because they are the ones culpable for it.
But the thing about that is people who are rich, in positions or power or in advantageous positions rarely just change shyt because it doesn't benefit them to do so, so they need to be put under pressure to try to enforce change and also do shyt for self to enforce change. If the plan is to idly do nothing and wait for them to correct something that often doesn't effect them and infact benefits them you'll be in for a very long wait.

I assume the last bit you mean whites instead of non whites.
But even that I'd say it is a problem for them cause there are going to be consequences for their actions, has been in the past and will be in the future. Also being evil and racist is a problem, that's a fukked up way to be. Even some of the children that are getting brainwashed, poisoned and corrupted, that's a problem, when they have little kids doing racist shyt they don't know any better, that's child abuse and indoctrination.
Racism effects so much hugely that it's really a major problem facing humanity.
Of course the people in the positions of power racism doesn't effect them directly unless they have to deal with the repercussions of it but some others are just brainwashed pawns and media puppets that get manipulated and used themselves, that doesn't excuse them but it's just a terrible cycle that ends up effecting everyone.
