Jay Electronica Takes to Twitter Once again

There's honestly a reason for all of this. I don't know what. Perhaps I'm not meant to know, but there's reasoning behind that album not seeing a release. If it didn't meet Jigga's approval, he wouldn't be out there dropping heat throwaway material with son, or out in Brooklyn, draping chains on son in public, letting Electronica bring out NOI gangsters on stage with him on some "we ain't even smiling or looking impressed at standing on a stage with these rap nikkas". He wouldn't have the audicity to call out some of the game's supposed heavyweights either, posing alongside these militant looking nikkas, if he legitimately didn't have the game shook either. It's not the music that's so important here. It's the message. The whole situation is mad complex and intriguing, and no doubt it's a little frustrating not hearing an LP from dude, but I can live with it to be honest. I think this goes deeper, and I'm just enjoying the struggle of figuring it all out. The music he has blessed us with, has been mad entertaining.

Muhammad....the whole NOI/FOI...consciousnesses of righteousness needs to be displayed back to the forefront of hip hop. I had tears in my eyes watching that. Nah, I agree with you on that, but the format in which hip hop is presented today must change. That's why I said in the thread days ago that one of Minister Farrakhan's sons had a child by a cracker. His stance has change a bit much especially since he involved the nation with Scientology. So, the message is flawed...I get that. An elder told me when I was 12 yrs old, always remember what those have done for you to stand where you are today, but always remember the mistakes, never duplicate them, keep integrity first.
