Potentially. But you'd gotta think that they were already expecting it to be a run that play and it was just an incredible individual play by the kid. It could open up some fukkery. Talking about the situation opens up a TON of hypotheticals. If they had Jimmy Graham, I don't see how you take him off the field in that formation even if it is a run. Line his ass off far off and get single coverage in case that one on one is something you'd like.
