Only "pocket passers" get a good O line. Rg3 is not the right complexion to be a "pocket passer". He is a "running quarterback" and is treated accordingly.

They are all employees of the NFL. Go against the unwritten rules and see how long you are winning or even working in the League. The nFL is just entertainment. They are trying to put a product out that will appeal to the (white) masses. White QBs are better for business in a 70+ percent black league. It's either a set up or blacks really are not capable of success at the position. Which would you rather believe? I choose to believe it is a conspiracy. The alternative is extremely upsetting.
