When all these scams are active. The ones that appeal to the hopes of Black people and exploit them. Like Umar's school and Morrisons fund you can't even tell people shyt. They attack you for even questioning legitimacy. People get sown up in hope and heavily emotionally invested then become attack dogs for these scammers while others are questioning validity and being silenced.

I remember Jay had a town hall like meeting during one of the investment rounds. It was a video of a man asking him valid questions and the crowd being mad at that man. He was doing an accountability check and got silenced and shouted down.

The title is accurate. These people did scam themselves. Invested on emotions and hope. The business was always shakey. No accountability. It's a lot of scamming going on in these spaces. I don't put Tariq and his museums and conferences and all the shyt he raises money for too far away from him hope pimping circuit.
