Yeah not really clicking with the Whoa beat involving Jay. Dude would sound so out of place. Lights, Camera< Action could had been flames .

Don't think Jay was in the mindframe to do Still Not a Player with the tracks he made on Vol 2. That song wouldn't have fit with the vibe. Also, Hov did City is Mine (and of course Who you Wit) on Vol 1 and I don't think he was gonna repeat that type of vibe.

Hop added in that Whoa was meant to Bleek rather than Hov. Bleek missed out there. It would have fit well on his debut, had they done the same exact concept. Sigel was on the remix and it fit him too.

Lights Camera Action is interesting. But Bink gave Hov better beats for The Blueprint. It wouldn't have fit with that album and I don't think Sigel would have meshed with it either.

Jay made the right decision on all of those except for Whoa. Still Not a Player was made by Pun and Joe's contributions, not the beat. Lights Camera Action was a hit but not a good song really. Couldnt see Jay on that. Anybody woulda sounded dope on the Whoa beat but the adlib made it a hit.

Jay also passed on the "We Gon' Make It" beat. He also passed on the "Ether" beat and "The Potion" by Ludacris
