I had basically no expectations for Jay rock cause I wasn't really familiar with his stuff and never was really that interested, but I gave his album a spin and was pleasantly surprised. There's real rapping with real effort behind it, this is a real album. That's a lot more than a lot of rappers can say right off the top. I walked away from it now holding Jay rock in a much higher light. He's a good rapper, who knew?
