90059 is another good album to me. Listened to that earlier. A lot of people don't really enjoy it but I like how he went a different direction and switched it up a bit. At some point I'll run back Follow Me Home too. I really enjoy that album!
People didn’t like “90059”?. I thought it was loved by damn near everybody who actually heard it. It’s definitely my favorite Rock project.

Check the thread on the album on here. I know there were people on here who didn't like it. I really enjoy it. I'd have to give thought to which is my favorite album. I really enjoy all 3.

90059 was good but there were a couple wild misses on it (wack ass Lance Skiiwalker lol). To me Redemption was the album where he put anything together but I fukk with 90059.

That was was one of the highlights for me. Lance helped a lot of the projects from being mundane or sounding empty. His albums get needlessly abstract sometimes, but I always check that shyt out because he has some real heat. I don’t think blank face would have sounded the way it did without him either.
I honestly can’t think of any lows on 90059. shyt was a perfect variety for the kind of artist Rock is. Redemption was cool too, I feel like it wasn’t as colorful or creative as 90059, but I still play it like it came out yesterday.

Still one of the best TDE albums to come out. I’d say top 3. Jay Rock is one of the few people that changed up his flow for the better.

I think Kendrick helped a lot with the album though. Not sure his next one is as good.
Yup it was a stark difference to 90059. He dropped a few singles recently and then nothing, seems like he's gone back to the drawing board unfortunately.
