You got to love hiphop, that was a dope sample choice and Jay just killed it. Knocked it out the park.
This sample is superior to the song Jay made and I love that song.
No artist has been through more growth as an MC than Jay-Z. I was listening to his early stuff accidentally, then purposely and ended up here. This is his real Black Album. I know it sounds odd to compare that album to this but this feels way more like a retirement album than that one.
I feel bad for skimming through and disregarding the album before, it had to grow on me...or I had to grow up some more first to appreciate it. This album wasn't for everyone. It was for Jigga to vent on some old man on the stoop spitting out wisdom shyt.
