Yeah it's obvious Jay has more substance about himself than Baby, just check his catalog. He can get deep. But I think people don't realize he just made those songs to give his albums more balance. Jay never seemed like the type to be outspoken on social issues. Neither is Beyonce. So I think people gotta lay off them, that's just not who they are.

Its simple....Birdman has been a player in the business for a long time, as long or even longer than Jay..difference is Jay is an actual rapper and has been on the forefront and been seen as the measuring stick of rap since nikkaz were begging for his ass to come back after he retired.
As a performer he's in the public eye way more than birdman so people are more likely to point their envy towards Jay than birdman..soo they make demands in order for him to fall short so they can justify their envy...while they let ppl like birdman go scotch free because he doesnt initiate as much envy from people that Jay does...
