To be honest, a 10 track Black Milk + Jay-Z produced album would sound better now than a 10 track Just Blaze + Jay album (IMO, I'm sure some ie most would think different).
Neither will happen, but a nikka can dream.
I feel like one of the few things that could truly let Jay go out on a high would be to pull a left-field move production-wise.
A lot of the "originals" (Just, Tim, Preem, shyt, maybe even 'Ye) won't bring out of him what I think he has left in the tank.
I'd love to have heard Jay drop a 16 on something like Quarter Water from
