Jay -Z being the undisputed goat is a narrative created by the corporations he works for

nikka was never even the best in a single year
OMG are nyqqas still saying this??? Even if that was correct, which in imo it’s not, the fact is he was Top 3 minimum for YEARS. While others may visit and then drop totally out of the top 10. It’s all about longevity when you’re talking GOAT status dude.

Does it change the fact that he STOLE HIS FLOW? You tell me?

No GOAT steals flows.

Fu-Schnickens - Stole the flow (can't be disputed)
Young Chris - Stole the flow (can't be disputed)

Top 5 sure, but not the GOAT.

Rakim on the other hand, now that's a GOAT right there.
Jay was rapping like that like 7 years before anybody knew what a Fu-Shnickens was

first off Unititled is a legit great album

DR and the whole hit boy nas series was great so I dont get that

nasir is zzzz that ill give u

Untitled was weak, lol.

I’ve had the same theory about Nas and where I think he got off course. Back when I was an rookie A&R, I used to always complain about how the losers and weirdos changed Nas’s direction. They hated Jay because he was hurting their feelings and making them feel like crumbs. You see how the bums on here talk about him. Like he hurt their feelings personally, with songs. So they all hopped on Nas after “Ether” because there was finally someone going at the guy they didn’t like, that made them uncomfortable and sad about their lives.

Problem was, now Nas felt like he had to be the “anti-Jay-Z”. So now he’s not talking about the same sh*t he did in his prime and peak era. He’s leaning into this thing where he’s being the opposite of Jay’s sh*t. But when Nas was talking about getting money, b*tches and fancy sh*t, he was at his best! But he wanted to come through for these new fans, so he pivoted and started with the kufi sh*t and I think that f*cked up his direction. He started catering to the Hov naysayers and that sh*t made his music wild inconsistent.

I wasn't actually talking about that shytty stutter shyt, pre das-efx type rhyming style, everyone was doing that, shyt kriss kross even did. More the call and response technique that fu-shnickens were big on.

Don't worry, I got plenty of examples of Sean's biting. What about Camp-lo? Sha-Stimuli, Beanie, Big, obviously Young Chris (all these lames arguing Chris said it's okay so it's okay can't conceptualise what biting is outside of nut hugging, inexcusable).

Jay-Z's problem has always been that he's too keen for the next hit that the music has always been hit and miss.

This is coming from a big supporter mind you, I was buying the feeling it, can't knock the hustle 12''s etc, b sides to get a jay feature, hunting for the dame grease diss etc. It just is what it is.

Right. Now you're just trying to save face because your Fu-Schnickens sh*t was inaccurate.

For context, during Roc's heyday, Dame Dash was the one that used to tease Jay about how he "rapped like Fu-Schnickens before". Then corny dudes took that and ran with it, not even knowing Jay's sh*t predated them.

Secondly, "call and response" was the style every rapper used in the mid-80's, it died out around '93. Fu-Schnickens ain't pioneer any of that.

Facts.

Ice-T said it best, "I think he's one of the best ever, but if you're broke, never got no women and you're not cool, you probably won't like him even though he can rap his ass off". That's all it is. Hip Hop has a lot of insecure fans listening to this sh*t. So they get mad when someone seems to "have it all" and looks happy. That sh*t drives them crazy, lol. So they'll come up with reasons to not like Jay.

Same sh*t happened to LL when he was on his run. Erick Sermon said dudes would be looking for LL after shows to jump him just because he was a good looking cat and their girls had crushes on him. HAHA! This is a hating ass culture. And if you're winning a little too much for people, they'll have an issue with you.
Naw, this basically a variation of the "only dudes that get bytches listen to Drake", and it's a very specious way to rate an artist.

He's not rating him with that statement.

Ice is saying who he always sees NOT liking him and hating on him. Big difference.

Nobody said they pioneered shyt?

Why you trying to save face about Jay biting Young Chris by saying it's acceptable because he didn't want to throw him under the bus in an interview? He knew this was a bad move politically speaking, but it doesn't hide the fact that Jay's biggest run of albums used his ENTIRE FLOW!

fukk outta here .:camby:

Hating ass dudes are hilarious. Y’all always try to preface your hating with “I just wanna say, I’m a big fan and supporter”, and then start up on on mad inaccurate and negative sh*t about dude that doesn’t even make sense. Come on, bro, lol.

My guy, you just need to do better research before exposing yourself as not liking Jay. Don’t just repeat sh*t you heard other people say. That's gonna f*ck your whole sh*t up. Take your time with the hating. Don’t rush next time. You might be able to hide it better then.

ANSWER WHY JAY USED YOUNG CHRIS FLOW FOR HIS BIGGEST RUN? ANSWER THE QUESTION LOL

You can't, you will respond with some other shyt, say I'm a hater etc etc, post some gif, get a few daps. You spend your life posting on this forum, maybe try owning up to something for once.

*edit and for the record I bought more of Jay's music than you ever did/will. I got all those LP's, 12''s, albums etc. So how can I be a hater? I supported him more than you lol
