Yall say the stupidest shyt
What's dumb about it? Jay was huge X was huge Ja may have been talented and played a part in records but it looks to me like there's no way X and Jay would put him in their level by doing a group album as equals. That would only be done as a favor to Irv in my guesstimate and it didn't happen so how is what I said dumb dummy? shyt didn't happen. And they were all in def jam

Nah. The Firm wasn't dope because of Steve Stoute being more concerned about getting Trackmaster placements than making a good album, and all the label drama over how many verses each artist could have. I don't think it's a stretch to outright declare a Jay/X/Ja album would have better production and higher highs solely off having the two hottest dudes in the game, and everyone being on Def Jam.

yall gotta realize, Ja gained a HUGE BUZZ with "can i get a" nobody was really checkin for Jay like that until the song blew up but Ja stole the show as soon as you heard "It ain't even a question...". Everyone was asking who that raspy deep voice guy was. If i remember correctly they promoted his debut album with a sticker on it that said "The "it ain't even a question" guy with his debut album :russ:
