If anyone recalled, there was news a couple days ago that Jay-Z's lawyer Alex Spiro filed motion to dismiss motions for sanctions against the Jane Doe's lawyer Tony Buzbee. That is Document 87 in the link above (can't screenshot for some odd reason).

Yesterday, Document 88 was posted showing voluntary dismissal of the case... It shows they dismissed the case against "Bad Boy Records LLC." Seems like this could be procedural and they'll have to dismiss every defendant one by one.... or maybe not? We shall see.
