Far as I know he didn't have any issue with him personally. UGK never got their plaque for Big Pimpin though. And Pimp didn't want to do the record in the first place because it didn't fit the UGK sound and he didn't want to alienate their core fans.
Thats what Bun B has been saying on his latest media run.. He said he pretty much had to force Pimp to do Big Pimpin because he said he didn't wanna do no 'pop commercial rap" sh1t...
I think he mentioned it on Juan Ep or Combat one of them joints...

...according to Bun, Pimp wasn't fukking wit him at first either.
Pimp seemed cool with Jay afterwards, so I thought nikkas meant he wasn't fukking wit Jay after big pimpin....like he's rolling over in his grave since they put him on a Jay remix.
