what does that have to do wthi jay z not being able to have more than 1 solo "hit" in 4yrs
isnt he the most popular rapper of all time + the GOAT + the richest etc. etc.
youd think he would be able to have more than 1 song in 4yrs reach higher than #24 on billboard without any help right?

jay-z doesnt have to play by the random rules you create in order to attempt to discredit his ability as a hitmaker
you create a hypothetical situation where "because jay can't have a solo song chart as high as 24 in 4 years" which has no validity because
a) you're tailoring the criteria around guidelines that YOU made up to please YOURSELF, which is nonsensical.
b) you're looking at an extremely small sample size. since DOA he has released two solo songs as singles, and they aren't even attached to a project (glory and open letter.) the first thing you need to understand about statistics is that sample size is everything. 2 songs is nothing.
and most importantly
c) the hypothetical situation doesn't exist! that's why it's hypothetical!

jay doesn't HAVE to release solo songs to make hits! no rapper does! in fact, it's actually a, *gasp* smart business decision to take artists from multiple genres IE alicia keys, or mr hudson, or other popular artists in the same genre, IE kanye, in order to help a single gain radio airplay.
since DOA hes been on
HAM 24
otis 12
nikkas in paris 5
clique 12
empire state of mind 1
hot tottie 21
monster 18
suit n tie 3
run this town 2
aint even like a jay z stan thing, your argument is just inherently flawed, i'd point it out if it was another artist too
