if you have all day studio access its not difficult. its harder for cats who cop 2 or 3 hours of studio time and try to do that..thats a bad idea

for jay tho time is nothing, he can have a studio on standby and pop in when he feels like it probably. money is nothing in that scenario.

his songs arent "freestyles" like a lil b song..its if lil b did that and punched in when he fukked up...then went back and rerecorded it all smoothly..

Its one of those things I'm impressed by at first depending on how good you are...so far I think only Jay and Wayne have impressed me...but it wears off in about 10 seconds bcuz I really could give a shyt if you write or not,whatever proccess works for u....all I know is certain nikkas need to pick they pen up ....I remember t.I wuz one of them nikkas decided he wanted to get on the "I don't write" bandwagon everybody wuz on for a second just cuz jay and wayne wuz doin it....u probaly could get done faster if u write it down....for those of u on here who rap is there any good reason to not just write it down?pac wrote a classic in 3 days,I'm just not seeing the time saving capabilities or advantages of not writing vs writing.

Basically its cuz it allows u to ride the beat easier

A process i do is

A beat comes on..

I spit to it and let teh beat guide my flow and once Im done..that will be my template

AFter that I will basically fill in the blanks and place words in a way that maintains the rythym i established with the freestyle I made

So if u wonder why Hov always flows so well and its always different and he's able to have so many cadences and all dat sht..its because he's not writing but spittin off dome...dnt make the mistake thinkin that it takes one take tho
He has to refine his "freestyles" so they can become official songs which takes many takes
