This is bullshyt... You don’t violate someone cause they popped on a piss test... and the latter reason is laughable because no violation was committed.... just say you hate hood nikkas and get it over with

Judge's discretion to violate you for anything that goes against terms of probation.
Now, Read post # 17 in this thread.

For those who care....here is an article from billboard magazine from Feb. 5, 2016 which details his last run in with this judge in court(I think)
She sentenced him to 12 months in county jail back then....but gave him a break with time served

Now, read the details of this 02/05/16 court appearance...........read the details of his most recent court appearance from 11/06/17....and say with a straight face that he is a victim.

I want Meek out cause hes probably the only rapper that young black males actually listen to and get inspired by and actually respect what he has to say.... He could really spark minds if he wakes up one day and gets that warrior spirit.

All the rest of these rappers are drug addicts and simps.... Young brehs relate to Meek. I usually dont care bout rappers gettin locked but Meek is important.. So imma keep rooting for him.

People do grow tho. I do not recall much drug selling or killing talk in his latest album
The brother was a full grown ass man when he dropped his first album, became extremely rich from drug and gun talk. Once he reached that point where his money couldn't be fukked with, he decides to kick knowledge, but was roasting Nas over 10 years ago for kicking knowledge. Jay Z long knew about the system and how fukked up it is, yet he chose a path that glorified a lifestyle that only leads to getting into system.

Discretion = Personal.....

And it was against the professional advice of the D.A.and others who were asked in court...

This is about reforming the judicial system to prevent this type of unfair treatment against blacks..... but, you more than likely hate nikkas, hence your bullshyt stance.... shyt has even made NPR.... let alone the FBI investigating the judge....

Of course the judge can. She didn't HAVE to, but she can. When you are on probation you gotta be a goody-two-shoes and thats just not something a lot of people can do.

No you don’t... Popping a wheelie and getting high doesn’t warrant the enforcement of an egregiously unfair sentence to begin with

Are you talking what the LAW IS or what you personally feel it SHOULD be? Because I work in the criminal justice system. When you are on probation, getting a dirty drug screen is a violation of your probation. A judge may put you in jail for that. Now she was a fukkin azzhole for giving him all that time, but she can LEGALLY do that. Judges have a lot of options in these situations.

Proves my point basically.... and at what age did Wayne and Gucci get probation, if those are the actual years.... and to add probation years to someone who was convicted at 19 is dumb wild..... you don’t put a youth on paper like that unless he’s a nikka..... and he can pay... if he couldn’t pay... they would’ve forced an agreement waaayyy back where he would’ve done his time and got it over with
Meeks original probation was 2 or 3 years.
He chose to use water instead of pee for a drug test and get it extended:heh:

However i do not agree with the mist revemt sentence AT ALL.

My post mentioned that the judge has discretion and power in court....including violating people for any violation of probation terms.

My post ALSO mentioned the details of the most recent court appearances of Meek before this judge. I don't blame you for avoiding that part of the post. Not much you could say to counter what the court history indicates so you didn't even try.

Justice system needs to be reformed. Meek is a terrible case and poster child for legal reform.

When the FBI indicts the judge, or when an appeals court reverses her decision, let me know.

And my post, and countless other posters, journalists, celebrities, court officials, etc, have vehemently pointed out how the ruling was still... UNJUST.... and I don’t blame you for avoiding real dialogue in that regard,.. so when this board proves you ain’t a nikka hating cracker... let me know.... :stopitslime:

:what:

This underscores his main point: Meek is not a threat to society.
