He's never been the best in any given year but he's always been around the top. First team NBA for the last God knows how many years, but never the MVP if that makes sense.

Dude is amazing man, you can't take that away from him.

Nas had mobb deep, the firm, Dre, Lauryn Hill on his album my dude .. and the production was CRAZY

Jay had very hard tracks on Blueprint but there was alot of skippable corny guitar tracks on that album and he spat about corny shyt lets not deny this please

Prodigy
5th place continuously changes as I rate Wu Tang as a group very hard but I dont wanna put more than one wu member in my top 5

So 5th Id go with Cube on a neutral vibe

I always put Big Pun over Biggie also so it may even be Pun rounding off the top 5

I wasn't feeling IWW production all the way compared to Blueprint's...and yeah that album had some iffy shyt but it sounds glorious

and I don't have Illmatic in my top 10...it is what it is, I find other albums on the same level more interesting

I think Jay is overrated but the most overrated is Eminem. His music is almost unbearable

Most overrated between Eminem or Nas

Eminem is borderline trash outside 2/3 albums and Nas shouldn't be elevated to the status he is but he's really good

Everybody has their niche and own vibes they agree on in hip hop but I just have a very hard time understanding Jay being in top 10 of real nikkas lists ... To know you wouldnt put Illmatic in your top 10 is crazy man ... let me know what ur top 10 albums is fam
