The cover's not really doing it for me. Jay-Z usually has pretty dope covers, for instance I REALLY liked the BP3 cover, but maybe I'll appreciate it within the context of the album...
The MUSIC is really whats important and I'm ready to see what Hov's been working on. I'm rooting for this to be the best album of 2013 as I'm really enjoying the continued musical resurgence of Hip Hop's elder statesmen alongside the development of the newer MC's.
I hope he keeps features to a minimum though. Maybe have Nas and Raekwon (rumored) as guests but that's it. No Drake, Cole, or any other features are needed. Its been 4 years since BP3, I want to hear Jay's thoughts on fatherhood, his status in the industry, how he views the world, and perhaps expand some of the social commentary he rapped about Watch The Throne.
