While I don't think Jay was involved in the Diddy parties. This is a terrible strategy by his lawyers. Puff and Jay are at worst friendly with each other and have been for the better part of 30 years.

It's not criminal charges just a lawsuit. This doesn't help Diddy much since he has around 100 other lawsuits.

It does help cause all the lawsuits are from the same lawyer, buzbee. It proves he is filing frivolous unvetted lawsuits.

Incorrect. The whole case would be dismissed. So diddy wouldnt have to worry about this particular lawsuit anymore. Otherwise she would have to change her entire story and refile against diddy alone. The courts wont go for that.

I'm not talking about the fed case. Talking about the civil lawsuits. It helps puff cause it sets the precedent for getting these cases with no evidence dismissed. All Buzbees lawsuits are similar and have no evidence against puff. The judges are aware of all these similar lawsuits coming from the same lawyer so diddys lawyers can point to the misconduct by buzbee and this case getting thrown out as grounds to throw out similar suits. Jays and diddys team are both attacking buzbee directly and coming for him legally.
