Good to see he is at least trying to take care of himself. He’s entering a key stretch as a Black man where health needs to be prioritized.

Look at brehs like Sinbad. Healthy habits have to be prioritized, beginning in the late 30s/early 40s.

I do legs 2x a week (calf raises w weights, goblet squats) and my legs are only slightly bigger than jigga man’s. Meanwhile I see people who never done a leg press in life but have tree trunks for legs :mad:
