also if you look at data people tend to not listen to music when they are stationary . streaming is WAY down because most people dont "love" music and listen when they are on the go...
its just another form of media like a movie etc to them...

I believe this. I'll pour a drink, smoke a cigar and listen to an album. But very few people today consume media like this.

And they saying large gatherings and live events won’t get back to normal until fall 2021 at best :damn:
Touring was especially big for my Bone Thugs & Harmony nikkaz. They basically lived on the road and see a huge chunk of their $$$$ from touring off 25 yrs worth of music

Damn, I was just about to reply almost the same response to breh's post:pachaha:

Last night, I grabbed my 5th and a tall can, went downstairs and just streamed music to my stereo.

A lot of ppl only like music in the whip and at the gym

Roc Nation is a sports management and concert/live media company.

Corona stopped all sports and live events/mass gatherings, so what exactly should they do?

Jay has money but not enough to support the full salaries/benefits of all employees plus overhead
It’s funny because he had a lyric about guys not being able to afford overhead at their companies :usure:

Jay doesn’t even own 50 percent of Roc Nation :dwillhuh:

I guess cause I'm 37 and I remember sitting down listening to cassettes and cds..and being a child watching my pops getting drunk listening to James Brown.. I still do the same these days when I have time to kill. Younger people just don't do that. I haven't looked at any streaming data, but I'm sure it's down a bit.

See, we just alike in that sense:russ:

We come from an era where cassettes were huge. Wasnt none of thst skippin to the next song shyt. Our folks would have all kinds of tapes and when i got older, they became mine. Nowadays, you give your kids your password to your streaming account:mjlol:

Posters in here are exposing themselves, who would keep the doors open when you aren’t generating any income
Imagine paying employees during a crisis where your company basically has to halt business entirely. They aren’t essential to keeping the world running like the majority of us still in business.

And they are furlough not fired
