I believe this. I'll pour a drink, smoke a cigar and listen to an album. But very few people today consume media like this.
Touring was especially big for my Bone Thugs & Harmony nikkaz. They basically lived on the road and see a huge chunk of their $$$$ from touring off 25 yrs worth of musicAnd they saying large gatherings and live events won’t get back to normal until fall 2021 at best

Last night, I grabbed my 5th and a tall can, went downstairs and just streamed music to my stereo.
A lot of ppl only like music in the whip and at the gym

I guess cause I'm 37 and I remember sitting down listening to cassettes and cds..and being a child watching my pops getting drunk listening to James Brown.. I still do the same these days when I have time to kill. Younger people just don't do that. I haven't looked at any streaming data, but I'm sure it's down a bit.

We come from an era where cassettes were huge. Wasnt none of thst skippin to the next song shyt. Our folks would have all kinds of tapes and when i got older, they became mine. Nowadays, you give your kids your password to your streaming account
