Obviously if he's dropping new music there's that, but like someone mentioned Super Bowl halftime show more or less has been for "legacy acts", and Hov is one of the hip hop artists who has legitimate universal stadium anthems, (no matter what 50 Cent says). They might not be anyone's favorite Jay Z songs or favorite "anthems" but it doesn't really change the fact.
