Jay-Z said no rapper can do a Verzuz with him because no one is on his level: “There’s not a chance anyone can stand on that stage with me”

Nah y'all be hating like crazy, there is no way you can watch any of his performances and the crowds to believe this is true. Jay Z is a EMCEE. :dahell:

My point is he’s never been considered the top live performer in Hip Hop. So in a Verzuz setting other artists with more stage presence could beat him.

Name me 5-10 rappers better than Jay when it comes to performing and has equal or more stage presence.

Jay is a good live performer and has a pretty balanced catalogue from features, remixes and solo stuff.

Plus he got music with all type of demographics (southern, west coast, mid west, north east) diff genres and time periods as well.

He could probably cheat a lil and get diff features to show up.

It would be a good one and tough to beat.

Uptown, NYC
not even Nas? etc?

Jay would obivously pull out hte street anthems (so ghetto, where im from etc)

I don’t know if Nas has 20 that would work as well as Jay's catalogue.

Nas's music overall is mad different. I don’t think he has 20 that could see Jay for that kinda platform.

I think a lot Kanye's work is made for stadium sh*t, so he would be a problem for Jay. But I don’t think joints like "So Ghetto" or "Where I'm From" would work for that setting. He would need to do "U Don’t Know", "PSA", "Ain't No N*gga", "Big Pimpin'", etc. Bro's got a million of the right records.

I hear it but, both crowds know all of the catalogues....what jada did changes things for me personally, but valid opinion

Who you would like to see go against Jay-Z in Verzuz?

Don't count Snoop cause he already did against DMX
