No one is taking into consideration brand and influencer partnerships are rapidly becoming the future; Rihanna, Beyonce, Ye, Kim K, Jake Paul, Mr. Beast, etc, and Jay is 40 years younger than Buffet, and at Jay's age Buffet was worth less than Jay.
Were getting to a point where you don't have to invent things. You just have to sell things. There's few people who have a hold on a culture like Jay-Z who can sell things. And add in the fact that education is in decline, people will rely more on personalities who sell things rather than their own independent research. Jay doesn't make products, he builds brands and diversified billionaires are in the top 10 of new billionaires created. Quiet as kept they've had a business relationship/friendship for at least 15 years, it's not a coincidence he's the richest person in hip-hop. He's almost using Buffet's exact model to build wealth, except he can leverage his celebrity to hype things up more than Buffet ever could. It's an Elon Musk, Zukerberg, Bezos effect in that those guys don't build anything either, they leverage their own personal brands to sell shyt and Jay's personal brand is more marketable than theirs...
I would put money on short of Jay going to jail or some weird case coming out or society having a major depression, I'd put money on Jay having $50+ billion before it's all said and done.
This is the future that the oligarchs are building. Sell shyt, not build shyt. Jay is well positioned to sell water to a whale/well, provided he doesn't get pushed out the paint. I would bet on it.
