Why do you people think that Jay-z is some type of God who can't listen to normal music? It's obvious that he listens to this shyt when he keeps on throwing references with artists like Lil Uzi, 21 Savage and xxxtentacion.
Or that he would be as off-brand as old heads on the coli? And the fact that staying in-tune with what's good out there is his job in several dimensions such as being a competitor in him being a rapper, them being potential investments in him owning a management and publishing firm and also him owning a label.
