It shows a lack of integrity on Jay's part. When people still anticipated his music he was still shytting on other rappers with songs like DOA. Now with an album about to drop and no one really caring I guess he needs to hop on the bandwagon

I think you're ignoring the business aspect of it. In our day yes Jay was the man, but now you have to remember that he's the CEO of roc nation management and the CEO of roc nation the record label. Biggin up the new gen is good for both of his businesses, alienating them could hinder future business going foward.
