I'm thinking something keeping certain lawsuits confidential before a hearing is held. These shakedowns happen because the complaint is made public before any facts are proven. Maybe after the Defendant is served, they can request a hearing within a certain period of time where a Judge will decide if the complaint is suitable for public viewing. Unfortunately the way it is now by time its shown the lawsuit is frivolous the damage has already been done.

If this was Bruce Springsteen and not Jay, they'd maybe start the path to changing the system.

There’s already a push and talks about punishing people who make these kinds of accusations. But do you really trust the current justice system to handle that fairly? If anything, it might backfire and make things worse for those with legitimate claims.
