The natural approach isn’t what limits the symptoms. Its just that the virus is very sporadic and unpredictable so it doesn’t treat everyone the same. I know people unhealthy as fukk and high risk who had damn near no symptoms and I know people who were healthy as hell and watched everything they ate and had it BAD.
