Wealth isn't simply cash on hand. I doubt Jay has $150M in Cash. His assets total a billion but that's bc of his ownership in roc nation, tidal, etc... they take into account the total value of the comp & his ownership stake.
For example, if I own 2 houses worth $150k each, and have only $5k in the bank...my net worth is $305k
