Jay - Z was the only one freestyling in that Big L freestyle, so how did L kill him?

When ur around enough cyphers u can easily figure out who's spitting pre written thoughts and whos just utilizing their stream of consciousness

But if u dnt hear that...basically its evident from the very clear presentation of Jay's use of words that could and would not be written on paper

""hit ya like bam bam biggidy bam..take a loose breath....god damn"

Exactly..he fukked up hella times..he couldn't think of any words to rhyme

That is the second part . where he is like get it together like a marriage

If you find the freestyle jay did at big daddy Kane birthday the whole thing is there..

the real hiphop.
His rhyme was nothing special, period, regardless of written or not. L just came thru and crushed that cypher. There was basically nothing Jigga could've done in that situation.

But big L reused the same verses All the time so did pun.

I'm just saying that your defense of J saying he was coming off the top is invalid.

I enjoyed all those verses though for what it's worth

he made dude sound like an amateur. l's delivery was so polished and his flow just destroyed anything that jay was coming with. lol @ motherfukkers sitting here and acting like jay's shiit wasn't written. fukk outta here. he used that boom biggity bop kind of shiit on i can't get with that and plenty of other tracks.

being as big of a jay-z diickrider that you are, you should know that he had used about 3/4's if not almost all of those verses before. landry already told you dumb motherfukkers where you can hear it at. why you think i've stated that they both were using writtens?:camby:

Let's not forget Jay-Z struggled to keep up with Big L on 'Da Graveyard' too.

So even when both were using writtens Big L bested him.

This obviously doesn't mean L is better than Jay. Jay surpassed him ages ago. But Big L is by far the more technically gifted of the two would outshine Jay-Z on anyday.

Wtf yes he did da fck nikka Did u even listen to the sht :what:

Yea like over a decade ago

I'm listening again now to make sure it's what I thought it was and it damn sho is the same Jay Z spittin rapid fire, that nikka flowed faster on this than on any verse on R Doubt and the shyt was full of multis and punchlines

Only 2 slight pauses occurred and it sounded more like he forgot the whole verse then immediately started flowing some other topic

His verses are full of punchlines, wordplay, metaphors, and multis, nothing about this shyt is freestyled
