Kinda hard to compare a pair of kicks to a phone though, something that whether we like it or not has become a major part of our lives. I mean they are even 2-3, or even 4 times more expensive than most Jordans. And dude hasn't even played in one NBA game yet. I think the biggest problem people have with Lavar though is his attitude. But yeah, it should be illegal just to hate on him because he wants to start his own company.

You kind of answered your own question. How do we know they're finished? Lavar and Lonzo wearing sample pairs doesn't mean they have pairs for people who've purchased. Those sample pairs may have cost $1000s to make. Where as actually making a full production run would cost much less per shoe but it would mean they wouldn't be available for months later.

Poor black folks aren't gonna buy it anyway becuz its not a known brand. Now if his son becomes a superstar you have a point but by then he'd easily be able to mass produce his product and have them sold retail.
