I'm the biggest Hov stan in the coli and I can admit that this nikka Jay-Z lost hard on this one, but I'll be DAMNED if I'll ever side with this CAC ass CAC spewing his cleverly hidden racist bullshyt.

What's hidden about it? I read that and there was nothing clever or hidden about that. Writers that write articles like this use these situations to say how they really feel. White people been getting really bold over the past couple of years and have been using PC bs to "hide" it. But ofcourse, there will be dumb black people that will just laugh whole heartedly at statements like "if those prices don't kill you, George Zimmerman will" that don't realize that they are the butt of the joke that "validate" these musings.

This is just another shyt on black people/black culture article written from the disconnected safeguard of whiteness.

I'm pretty sure the people that this collection was targeted to are the rich kids of Instagram. Ain't nobody with a 50K salary affording anything. This shyt is winter time throwaway money to rich kids. Plus its Christmas season too!

i KNEW when that profiling shyt popped off that he wasnt gonna cancel the clothing collection because at that point, the $$$ had been spend to make the clothes, package/ship it, design the marketing materials and prep the store for it. Dude wasnt gonna take the L and cancel it because the motherfukkas cracking the whip in the background put up too much bread and that L wasnt coming outta their pocket.

it raises a question about this current version of JayZ. Companies are using his name/image to sell stuff (Barclays Center construction, Samsung phones) and no matter what BS these companies go thru in the process of all of this, he got not fukkin choice but to roll with it because they own his ass, even if its for a temporary deal (like Samsung). Even with the sports "agency" thing, CAA is gonna dangle his ass out there on a fishing line to pull in big time athletes even tho he doesnt know shyt about the sports contract negotiation process (selling crack dont count).

he hasn't done anything remarkable post Dame Dash but I'd argue that he wouldn't have continued to do shyt if Dame was still around. At some point, the suits finally figured out they they didnt need both of them to get output from Jay. It isnt like a Drake/40 situation where Drake is doing shyt without 40. Dame made moves but inflated his sense of expertise/worth/value to everyone and turned the JayZ bargaining chip into the Dame bargaining chip. Rather than call his bluff, the suits told him to fukk off and presented Jay with the same type of deal that Justin got when he left NSync and when Beyonce left Destinys Child. Why drag all the deal weight around when we can pay you more for you to just DO YOU.

at some point, he got the picture and decided that he didnt wanna be around dusty State Property dudes, Harlem cats like the Diplomats and a ringmaster like Dame. Even tho Dame showed more interest in Kanye, Ye STILL went with Jay because Jay prolly promised to help elevate his situation, which in turn has help Jay clock some MAJOR bonus time in extending his career.
