Well I guess we happy

Can have another win on the books

Try something else
At end of the day Jay is monitizing culture. The play is people would come to Jigga's casino over a Harrah's.

That's not true of course but when the city is hollowed out by gambling addicts you could say some of that money went into a Black Family office.

When Jay does something mainly by himself shyt rarely works outside of music.

I mean I get it

I keep asking this question hear me out

Black people say these things

“Why don’t we own any NFL Teams”

“Why don’t we own our movies without “them involved”

“Why can’t we own this or that”

But get upset at those trying to gain the capital to get it

No smoke just a question

I don’t care who it is at this point we need to break that ceiling to get this things

I could be wrong and us being “ghetto rich” is good enough

Because it's not like the trickle down economic work. It just makes very wealthy individuals. The community is not necessarily winning with the a Black billionaire. Tyler Perry owns studios and employs plenty of brehs but the product is ass and isn't standing with or next to the major studios. It not just about being just seen or in the same space as others. It's how the community can benefit from it.

Then why do we get upset we don’t have any owners in those fields?

You can’t get those things without capital

But yet we demonize those trying to get the capital

Can’t have one without the other

We are stuck at the hood rich state

So in other words leave it be that’s where we always gonna be

We been here 450 plus years at this point and don’t own a single Walmart

Does that make sense to you?

The question really is then do you think Jay Z would use casino money to help black communities or use it to buy another expensive basquait painting?
